Sit down and then stand up without using their hands.
Then the odds of seeing that person alive years later was much higher.
It demonstrates you can move your body, keep your balance and be functional, which is critical to staying healthy, and preventing injury.
If you are 20 and still can’t do this, you might want to look into the problem—because that’s not good.
