  • These foods often contain high salt, sugar, and unhealthy fats, which raise blood pressure, cholesterol, and inflammation.
  • Replacing them with whole foods (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, fresh proteins) can significantly lower cardiovascular risk.
