 Core ideas in 3 points:

  1. Truth has no path or method.
Following any belief, authority, technique, or “spiritual recipe” creates division and conditioning. Real understanding comes only through direct self-observation—seeing your thoughts, reactions, and relationships without analysis, choice, or guidance.
  2. Freedom is choiceless awareness in the present.
Thought is based on past experience (time), which conditions perception. When you observe without motive, the division between observer and observed dissolves, and insight arises instantly—bringing radical inner change.
  3. Total negation reveals love and intelligence.
By seeing and ending psychological constructs—beliefs, images, desires, and fears—the mind becomes free of conditioning. In that freedom, compassion, clarity, and “pathless” truth emerge naturally, without any method or authority.
