CRP X SBI

 P

In plain English:

CRP (C-reactive protein) isn't always reliable on its own for spotting bacterial infections in children.

It sometimes misses real infections (low sensitivity) and may flag infections that aren’t really there (only moderate accuracy). So, doctors should use CRP together with other tests and clinical signs to make a better diagnosis.
