Bhagavad Gītā 7.25
Sanskrit:
nāhaṁ prakāśaḥ sarvasya yoga-māyā-samāvṛtaḥ
mūḍho ’yaṁ nābhijānāti loko mām ajam avyayam
Translation (common English rendering):
“I am not manifest to everyone, being veiled by My divine Yogamāyā. The deluded world does not know Me, the unborn and imperishable.”
Meaning (briefly):
Kṛṣṇa explains that His true divine nature is not obvious to everyone. Because of the covering power of yogamāyā (divine illusion), people who are not spiritually aware mistake Him for an ordinary being. Only those with right understanding and devotion can perceive His eternal, unchanging nature.
