BG 12.10

 Bhagavad Gītā 12.10

Sanskrit:

abhyāse ’py asamartho ’si mat-karma-paramo bhava
mad-artham api karmāṇi kurvan siddhim avāpsyasi

Translation (common English rendering):
“If you are unable even to practice (steady meditation), then be devoted to My work. By performing actions for My sake, you will attain perfection.”

Meaning (briefly):
Kṛṣṇa is giving a practical path for those who struggle with deep meditation or constant focus. Even if one cannot maintain disciplined spiritual practice (abhyāsa), they can still reach spiritual fulfillment by dedicating their everyday actions to Him. The key idea is transforming ordinary work into devotion.
