For Some Time is the last thing you want to hear. Fortunes have been won and lost during For Some Time. Empires have risen and fallen during For Some Time. The problem is that For Some Time can mean five minutes or five days or five years. It matters not what you are waiting for—the next bus to Bombay or a kidney transplant—For Some Time will not arrive until it does. Unless it doesn’t.
