Become a Witness and Accept

When you are going through intense emotions and pain, there is a certain meditation technique that Buddhists practice that’s known as the “witnessing” technique.
This meditation technique has you imagine yourself watching yourself experience your suffering. This allows you the ability to question who and what is experiencing the feelings you’re going through.
Through this technique, you will begin to realize you can transcend your suffering and actually accept the things you cannot change.
