Allow this moment to be. In my experience, this is the most important
meditation technique to master. It is not really a technique, it is meditation.
If you allow your experience to be, you are no longer actively involved with it.
You have relaxed out of involving yourself with it and are at peace. So allow
emotions, allow physical sensations and allow thinking.
When you allow thinking to be, you are no longer caught up in thinking. You
are aware. You are resting as awareness. You have not separated yourself
from your thinking, you have simply expanded beyond it. In this way, you
very naturally experience the level of reality that is beyond thinking.
