Where we place our attention determines our reality.
If you place your attention on thinking, then your reality
is defined by your thinking.
If you place your attention on the peace, bliss or
awareness that is beyond thinking, then infinite peace
and bliss becomes your reality.
If you are worrying about something and caught up in the thinking about it,
your experience is stress and fear. If you are thinking about some unhappy
memory, you experience unhappiness.
If in your thinking, you project into the future about something bad happening,
you also experience unhappiness, even though the thing hasn't happened!
It all depends on where we put our attention.
In the realm of thinking, you experience duality; separation. You are this
individual person that is separate from everything, separate from the world,
separate from peace, separate from love, separate from joy.
