MEDITN

So meditation is giving our attention to that which is beyond thinking. The more we give our attention to this unconditional peace, the more peace becomes our reality. The more we give our attention to awareness, then the one consciousness that is peace, that is joy becomes our reality. It does not weaken our normal mental perception in anyway. Rather, it opens up another level of reality that is always here. It awakens us to the essential reality that is pure joy. And this joy washes through every aspect of our experience. It brings goodness to the physical, emotional and even mental experience. It dissolves stress, fear, aggression, negativity and leaves us feeling the goodness that is at the essence of everything.
