MNDFL X IN BREATH I AM

Silently repeat “I am” with every breath and focus on the feeling of “I am,” the feeling of being that is impersonal. Not “I am Mike” or “I am a plumber” or “I am happy” but just “I am,” the feeling of being that has no name, no definition. By silently repeating this with every breath and focusing on the feeling of being, you will begin to feel the bliss that is being. And if you continue with it, it evolves into deeper levels of realization. But don't try and jump ahead. Focus on the feeling of being and let it evolve naturally.
