During these times the crucial question is how do I know my true Self because it only takes a subtle change to no longer be ourselves and thus to lose ourselves … There are so many temptations, so many wolves on the path that will deceive us. The Self is found within and is felt on our subtle energy system. We DO have the ability for super consciousness without machines, we have the mechanism within us … But we have to go into the stillness into the silence and we have to have our spiritual energy (kundalini) awakened. Otherwise we are not able to see clearly. Otherwise it’s all in our minds and that’s where anything can get projected. Only in the still silence can we begin yo truly evolve. This is where we can return to check if we have to clear and reset our system from influences … We have yo head towards purity or we can easily become lost. Thoughtless awareness is the state we need and Sahaja Yoga is the path, is the pure knowledge.
