Its not about what you do, painter, scientist, housewife, grocery bagger, doctor, plumber, those are identities, mental constructs, its about the quality of energy/ attitude we bring to our moments and movements. The one who brings love, gratitude, presence, exellence to his daily activities is of a higher level of consciousness. The secret is how much Heart, coherence, joy, do we bring to our lives? There seems to have been an agenda to shut the power, wisdom, and mystery of the Heart out of the picture. But The Heart Math Institute and Dr. Joe Dispenza are awakening the sacred heart Jesus was pointing to in almost every picture of him. The Heart is not a pump, it is a mutidimentional vortex, a portal, a torus field, the center of universal power and sovereignty. Still the mind, open the heart, the door to your soul. It works in conjunction with the right brain...for divine feminine qualities such as intuition, creativity, art, mystical experiences, global perspective, compassion, empathy, . Please, focus on the Heart, it holds the key to your lock.The mind only thinks, the Heart knows. Get out of tue labrynth of the mind...it leads no where. Without knowing, what in what form continues to exist from the spirit of man after the death of the body, without experience of God and having never seen the sacred light, a number of people embark on the quest to explore consciousness! They might as well begin to say, that the periodic table of elements is incomplete and that they need to find an element of which they have no idea what it looks like or how it behaves!

Awareness is fundamental. It always is; even in dreamless sleep, when one is "aware" of absence (absence of ego). Understanding this is not complex; It is only a shift in perception. Instead of "filtering" pure awareness through the intellect and ego, simply observe pure awareness. This is the "consciousness" that is always evident. Everything else is only "story". There is only one unchanging truth. That truth is pure awareness/consciousness. Everything else is the transitional projection of "actors at play". The canvas allows the painting to "exist".

The appeal of permanence, predictability, and even eternal life seems comforting, yet it creates even greater anxiety, but the mindset of technological optimism often suppresses or reframes that anxiety - technology will solve existential problems. But it will never solve eternal boredom, endless uncertainty, infinite responsibility. The cultish side of science is that it believes these kind of developments represent only freedom, knowledge, mastery, but that is just one side of the same coin, if at all.
