Look For Beautiful Things Around You
One of the most popular mindfulness practices is actually tuning in to see all of the beauty around you. Just think about it – how many times do you walk by a park, or a big tree or something else without really noticing it. Because you rush all the time, you miss priceless moments for your mind.
Instead of mindlessly walking past every beautiful scene in your life, you should try stopping for a moment and being completely aware of how wonderful and valuable it is. You don’t have to sit and stare at a tree whole day, but a minute or two of being completely in tune with what’s in front of you could change your mindset and make you happier in the long run
