Aim to consume about 25g of fibre each day. Most business owners could lose approximately 10lb of weight in a year, just by doubling their fibre intake. Fibre is only found in plant foods – fruits, vegetables, grains and cereals - we’re unable to digest it, so it’s just eliminated. Great tasting sources of fibre include high-fibre cereals, oatmeal (4g per cup) apples (3g each), broccoli, black beans (15g per cup), nuts, chickpeas and lentils. It’s best to take fibre in the morning for breakfast and in the evening too."
