H SHOONYA MEDITN

It is simple but require but require patience. I started it under the guidance of my teacher told me following steps;
Step-1 Take bath before doing the practice.
put bindi prepared from sandal wood on your fore head . wear light clothe
step-2 Sit straight in Sukhasana and first focus on your body parts from down to top as an observer and try to relax your all muscles right from toe to head until you feel reasonably comfortable.
step- 3 Close your eyes and mouth very softly and concentrate minutely on your fore head and just see the thought if any and observer until you feel there is no visible thought.
step 4 Chant OM mantra in mind silently 20 times to correct your flow of breathing
step- 4 focus on your nostril tip and simply observe your breathing intently without any effort.. do not try anything just see the pattern. Do not move your body. There should not be any noise or other disturbance which may divert your attention.
Step- 5 you need to start the meditation for 30 min in first weak and then for one hour.
My experience: I went out of my body on 16th day . There was a flash and I dissolved into air no body but a void as if I am air. It was a bizarre experience . It was uniquely blissful. I do not know how long I was in that state but after coming back to normal state it was Unique experience which can not be explained in words It changed my life for ever.
