MIFU- BBFOS BREATH BODY FEELINGS OR SURROUNDINGS

Mindfulness—whether in terms of being mindful of our breath, our body, our feelings, or our surroundings—helps us to better understand our emotions and reactions. Just as we train our bodies to climb mountains and our hands to play instruments, having a regular practice is vital to making our mindsets stronger, more resilient, and more prepared for whatever trials we may face.
