During meditation, frustration often arises.
Do not buy into frustration.
Allow it to be, but don’t identify.
Let go of the need to pursue it.
Notice,
frustration is also a seen object -
an inclination of mind, observed.
It is not you.
You are not frustration.
You are its witness,
you see it come and go.
You are not disturbed by it.
You are not frustrated
even at the experience
of frustration.
