QRA CJH

 A

What I have learned is, the reasons for meditation are as different as the persons who practice it.

For some, meditation is a means to reach what they seek: relaxation to calm oneself.

For others, meditation is for gaining insights into their thoughts.

For some who seek to use meditation to leave this physical world and enter into the spititual world, it is elusive and difficult.

They continually try different ways to achieve it, sometimes for years with no success. They make something so easy into something nearly impossible … there is no try, only a letting go and allowing it to BE.

For me, meditation is merely the first step to true knowing. The way in is through the silence and meditation is my way to the silence. I bring nothing with me.

The physical world’s noise (mind, ego, emotion) is quieted, discarded like a suit of clothes, leaving me surrounded and filled with silence. Meditation is my way to the silence, nothing more.

The silence is where I enter (or step through) the door to the world of Universal Oneness —our original home.

This is where I find my answers.

This is where I remember who I truly am within existence.

This is where my guides are and they welcome me.

This is where I am a part of everything. There is no need to breathe. I am one with the air. I am one with joy and peace and love.

Sometimes I have a body. Sometimes I am an orb of light among millions of orbs of light.

Just my thoughts …
