COVID

Treatment
There is no proven therapy at the time of this writing. Medications that are being actively investigated include remdesivir, hydroxychloroquine with and without azithromycin, favipiravir, and lopinavir-ritonavir. If your patient was already on an ACE inhibitor, an ARB, or inhaled corticosteroid, continue them. Encourage as much limb movement as possible to avoid clotting.
Length of isolation
Patients with COVID-19 should remain isolated a minimum of 7 days from the onset of symptoms, and at least 3 days after resolution of fever and respiratory symptoms.
