HI ANTIOXIDANT LEVELS

antioxidant levels:
  • Fruits: Apples, black plums, prunes, and sweet cherries
  • Vegetables: Kale artichokes, beets, spinach, and broccoli
  • Beans: Pinto, dried small red, red kidney, and black beans
  • Nuts: Walnuts, pecans
  • Berries: Raspberries, blackberries, cranberries, strawberries, and blueberries
