Navratri

To shed the old because then the space is available for new, fresh and rejuvenated to grow up.

Trees shed their leaves, some reptiles shed their skin and birds their feathers to regain better and strengthened version of theirs.

For Humans, Navratri is the occasion designed for recognising one’s own mental modulations - greed, love, anger, compassion, fear, gratitude, jealousy, ego etc and cravings and aversions

These 9 days give the opportunity to deeply reflect and shed all the tendencies to give the opportunity to be born again with your new version - which is more sharper and smarter than previous one - now you know why iPhone has an i in it and why there is a new version every year

‘Food is Brahman’. ‘Akasa is Brahman’. ‘Surya (Sun) is Brahman’. ‘Mind is Brahman’.

‘Prana is Brahman’,—All these are Upasana-Vakyas of the Upanishads. These are all Pratika

Upasanas. Pratika is a symbol of Brahman. All these are symbols of Brahman. You can realise

Brahman through worship of these Pratikas. You will have to feel that Brahman is hidden in these

Pratikas. You will have to think that the Adhishthana or substratum of these Pratikas is Brahman.

These are some of the ways of doing the Upasana of Brahman.

Shree Krishna assures Arjun that complete communion with God through *bhakti-yog* will definitely result in the attainment of God-realization; of this, there should be no doubt.                                                                                                             https://www.holy-bhagavad-gita.org/chapter/9/verse/34

There is only one Supreme Entity that manifests in three ways—*Brahman* (all pervading form) *Paramātmā* (supreme soul in everyone’s heart) and *Bhagavān* (personal form with sweet leelas/pastimes). These are not different entities, *God is one, and these forms are only his manifestations.* However, Shree Krishna states that those who know Him as the Supreme Divine Personality and *worship him as Bhagavān truly have complete knowledge of Him.*                                                                                                                                                                                https://www.holy-bhagavad-gita.org/chapter/15/verse/19

*’Commitment Device’*

In the summer of 1830, Victor Hugo was facing an impossible deadline. Twelve months earlier, the French author had promised his publisher a new book. But instead of writing, he spent that year pursuing other projects, entertaining guests, and delaying his work. Frustrated, Hugo’s publisher responded by setting a deadline less than six months away. The book had to be finished by February 1831.

Hugo concocted a strange plan to beat his procrastination. He collected all of his clothes and asked an assistant to lock them away in a large chest. He was left with nothing to wear except a large shawl. Lacking any suitable clothing to go outdoors, he remained in his study and wrote furiously during the fall and winter of 1830. 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame' was published two weeks early on January 14, 1831.

Sometimes success is less about making good habits easy and more about making bad habits hard. If you find yourself continually struggling to follow through on your plans, then you can take a page from Victor Hugo and make your bad habits more difficult by creating what psychologists call a commitment device.

A commitment device is a choice you make in the present that controls your actions in the future. It is a way to lock in future behaviour, bind you to good habits, and restrict you from bad ones. When Victor Hugo shut his clothes away so he could focus on writing, he was creating a commitment device.

There are many ways to create a commitment device. You can reduce overeating by purchasing food in individual packages rather than in bulk size. You can voluntarily ask to be added to the banned list at casinos and online poker sites to prevent future gambling sprees. Athletes who have to “make weight” for a competition choose to leave their wallets at home during the week before weigh-in so they won’t be tempted to buy fast food.

As another example, a friend purchased an outlet timer, which is an adapter that he plugged in between his internet router and the power outlet. At 10 p.m. each night, the outlet timer cuts off the power to the router. When the internet goes off, everyone knows it is time to go to bed.

Commitment devices are useful because they enable you to take advantage of good intentions before you can fall victim to temptation.

Adopt a Commitment Device today for better habit and stay blessed forever.

Faith:

1. Faith in techniques and process
2. Faith in Divine - The incharge
3. Faith in Self

A lack in any one of this is conducive to lack of progress and growth in the sphere of life wherever applied.

A

Answer a question only:

1. When asked correctly

2. Asked in correct space

3: Asked at correct time

One has full right to not answer a question if the above criterias are not met.

A car has many forward gears and a reverse gear.
Is your car moving mainly in forward and highest gears to reach the destination faster and swifter?
Or is it moving 10 km forward and then 3 km backward in reverse gears.
Replace these gears with mental tendencies and modulations with the bigger aim/destination of your life and if things still feel bit blurry (I feel that too) then with faith read a page of this book on daily basis (I do) which also acts as vipers to clean the wind screen too.

Have a rejuvenating Navratri.

What do you guys do when you feel hopeless helpless and overwhelmed by your life problems and situations. it's like we try so hard to change

Everyone has some sorts of problems going on in their lives but lately my family feels so overwhelmed and emotionally tensed about some stuff like how can we overcome this. I understand it takes time. We keep a hope in our heart that God will do everything good maybe it just takes time but we have to do good deeds and have good intentions and pray from our heart and also keep faith trust within ourselves and God. Sometimes it feels like we are hit by badluck or negative energy. It's like how can we overcome this. What can we do in the house to clear all this stuff.

Focus on the duties, goals keeping the dhamra in mind to perform them. Right now ur duty is too keep ur family together

Even in Gita Krishna said " without efforts in this world nothing process, give ur duties first priority, perform them keeping your senses in mind and without being affected from all the emotions, don't focus on result just perform ur duties, if u only focus on result u will feel impatient and discourage"

I Personally think, chanting and meditating on God and doing good deeds can help us feel good about our life.

But at the end, u have to work and be focused on your duties ( goals). Life is harsh even a small plant have to defy gravity to reach the sun, But after reaching the sun, it flourish and eventually it becomes a immense tree who can provide shelter and food to uncountable persons.

U may be feeling discourage right now, chant the mantra or god name, meditate, calm your mind and starts working again toawrds your goals

Remember " even God give up on those, who stops making efforts toward their goals" . Never depends on God for everything. Bhagwan will show u a way if u don't stop, even in discourage all these things are just test, tapsya just like a plant who succeeds in defying the gravity becomes a tree.

You will become a great tree too🙂 who will serve and help uncountable persons too through his knowledge and job.

Never stop making efforts, feels discourage, meditate, chant some mantras, calm yourself, repeat untill u archive ur goal.

Above, I explained is called Karm-yoga, in which u try to attain moksha by performing ur duties with dharma

Radhe radhe 🙏

I wish things going on in ur family, resolves as soon as possible, but it quite Harsh but focus on ur duties to keep ur family together and at the same time focus ur goal too.. until u stop making efforts bhagwan is with u. Best of luck

I go to a quote from the Tirukkural ( i think) ... 'One of man's greatest follies is to view the temporal as permanent."

A

quiet time to myself, read some sort of scripture, usually the gita is best for dealing with life.. god can't do everything good for you, you have to understand, you are putting in an order to god, making a delivery request.. the lord cannot deliver anything unless there is sufficient punyam.. if you expect god to fix everything then soon everything becomes gods fault, you blame god and then doubt god.. everything that goes wrong, as hard as it is to digest, is our own fruits of karma.. we may ask the lord to dull the fruits of bad karma and speed up the fruits of good karma, but sometimes there is too much weight for the lord to be able to answer a prayer...

this life and everything you have in it including your problem is your own order, you placed the order with your karma either in this life or the next the lord does not decide who gets good or bad he simply is executioner of the laws...

try to accept everything that comes like a strong karma yogi, grow in to a bigger and stronger person, learn to detach from the fruits of actions and perform your dharma. i'm sure everything will work out if you be a good yogi

"Admit to -- and learn from -- your mistakes. Mistakes must be viewed positively... because with the knowledge you gain from them, you are able to do better in the future. So much can be accomplished with a long-term vision and resilience to short-term setbacks. Not every problem is conquered overnight, but if you persist and never give in to your mistakes, you will succeed."

It’s a false dichotomy, dearest one.

Do you think Ramana Maharshi didn’t protest?

  • He refused to eat unless everyone was given the same food as him.
  • When dining arrangements were separated by caste, he ate with the lower castes, although he was a Brahmin.
  • When the ashram filled with visitors, he insisted women get equal access to the front rows.
  • He made sure all animals were protected and cared for.
  • He refused to let his devotees even spray his bed for lice!
  • When he heard certain visitors weren’t allowed to see him, he sat outside the ashram and refused to go in. He said: “I heard the ashram is closed today.”

He didn’t protest with anger or rage.

He simply did whatever the Self ordained.

Q: What is the phosphorus paradox?

A: It’s not a paradox, but rather a mystery. According to our current theories of stellar development, phosphor is actually pretty hard to get. And yet it is quite abundant on Earth and all life on Earth depends on it.

It has been suggested as a solution to the Fermi paradox, that planetary formation must happen in phosphor-rich areas in space for life to evolve. However, even when the missing phosphor is taken into account, estimates are still about 20 to 200 civilisations in the galaxy to talk to.

There are some proposed solutions to it. One is that there is something missing in our theories on stellar development. Another is that while rare, it is not impossible, and Earth formed in one of those rare phosphor-rich regions of space. It is the latter scenario which the above estimate of civilisations is based.

Karma is a universal law of cause and effect. It’s the principle that each action we take sets in motion a chain of reactions that are linked together to form a larger consequence. Karma, also known as action and reaction, works on every level of life—in our personal relationships with others, at work, and in society at large.

The law of karma is a universal law. It’s the law of cause and effect. It can be explained as the law of action and reaction, or the law of justice. The main principle behind this principle is that every positive or negative action will produce an equal response from nature. This means that when you do something good for someone, they’ll pay it back in some way, and when you do something bad to someone else they’ll return it in some way too (usually). It doesn’t matter how rich or famous you are: karma collects its dues no matter what your position in life is!

The Law of Karma is a system of checks and balances, which means that our actions are met with consequences. For example, if you treat someone poorly in this life, then in your next lifetime they will be treated poorly. If you treat others well in this life, then they will treat you well in return. This may seem unfair at first glance but it provides a necessary balance to keep us from being consumed by our own egos or acting out due to fear and anger.

The Law of Karma also teaches us how we can change our future for the better through our thoughts and actions today. The best way to change your karma is by focusing on positive thoughts and actions; this creates positive energy flow that attracts positive experiences into your life (and visa versa). A simple example would be having compassion for those who make mistakes instead of angering yourself over their behavior because these experiences are all part of learning from mistakes together as humanity evolves together as one whole human race! It also helps us forgive ourselves when we make errors because we’re all still learning human beings living inside an imperfect world!

The conscious decisions we make today decide our fate tomorrow

There’s no denying that karma exists. We can see it in action all around us, and it affects our lives every day. The Law of Karma is a system of checks and balances that exists in the universe, and it governs all things—including human action. When we are good to others, or when we do good deeds for others without expecting anything in return, then the universe will respond by being kinder towards us as well. The Law of Karma doesn’t just apply to our actions; it also applies to what happens around us on a daily basis as well. It’s important not only to be aware of how this law works but also how you can use it to improve your life today!

Karma is not a myth or a superstition. It’s real, and it’s the best explanation for why things happen in your life the way they do. The Law of Karma can be applied to any situation, from your personal relationships with others all the way up to global politics and international relations. If you want to understand why something happened (or what might happen next), look at it through this lens – because there’s no better explanation than one that works perfectly every time!

Given that plants do not have pain receptors, nerves, or a brain, they do not feel pain as we members of the animal kingdom understand it. Uprooting a carrot or trimming a hedge is not a form of botanical torture, and you can bite into that apple without worry.

VK PNSN CRSS

I recommend continually letting go of your own opinions.

The ultimate truth, near as I can tell, is something like...

*Is-ness Is*.

You can't say much more than that without speculating.

Reality is pure mystery; when you leave it alone you notice it flows, it does its thing, it's intelligent, it's at peace with itself. It simply is.

Not much more can be said.

Breathe, slow down, be in nature, let it be.

Blessings and love always. 💙☯️

Stop telling yourself you are not IT.

Stop listening to anyone who tells you that you are not IT.

RIGHT NOW.

Stop listening to anyone who tells you that you first need to "realize no-self" or "penetrate the Absolute" or "permanently drop the ego" or "dissolve the last speck of solidity" or "become centerless" or "lose the subject-object distinction" or whatever, and THEN you'll be "there"...

Fuck no.

YOU'RE THERE.

RIGHT NOW.

IN THE ONLY THERE THAT THERE IS.

THIS IS IT

IT'S *ALL* THE ONE PERFECTION.

IT'S *ALL* THE ONE COMPLETION.

*INCLUDING* YOUR 'EGO' AND FEARS AND SENSE OF SEPARATENESS AND SUPPOSED UN-ENLIGHTENMENT.

IT IS *ALL* ENLIGHTENMENT.

IT IS *ALL* THE ONE INFINITELY INTELLIGENT AND LOVING GOD-MIND.

*THERE IS NOTHING YOU MUST DO.*

*THIS IS LITERAL.*

*SIMPLY BY EXISTING, YOU HAVE *ABSOLUTELY* ALREADY CROSSED THE FINISH LINE.*

*YOU ARE IT.*

*YOU ARE ENLIGHTENMENT.*

*YOU ARE THE ONE.*

*YOU ARE THE ALL*

*YOU ARE FREE.*

Now go play...

Create...

Have fun with it...

There is nothing to do but enjoy.

1luv,

"How could you rise anew if you have not first become ashes?"

— Friedrich Nietzsche

I love you.

You’re beautiful.

Keep the faith.

You can trust life.

You can trust the process.

We are all being initiated very deeply right now.

Passing through another eye of the needle.

Remain in touch with the Neutral Witnessing Presence.

Let the Fires of Neutral Loving Consciousness burn away your mind’s looping ruminations.

Go to the Presence.

Notice the Presence often.

Notice the Wholeness.

Being itself has no judgment or expectation about what is happening.

It is simply a space of pure allowing.

Be that space for yourself and others.

Amen.

Love,

J

When you feel you know nothing at all...

You are close to God.

God knows nothing.

God is pure not-knowing.

God doesn't know how or why God is what God is.

God simply is.

God simply shines because it is in God's nature to shine.

God simply plays because it is in God's nature to play.

When you have no opinions...

No opinions, even about 'your' own opinions...

You are close to God.

God has no opinion.

God is total neutrality.

Everything is allowed to come and go as it pleases.

No grasping whatsoever.

This is already the inherent condition of your consciousness.

(Your consciousness is nothing whatsoever but God.)

Just notice the pure-seeing dimension of you that is already resisting nothing.

There is a vastness present that already has no resistance to 'your' resistance, no opinion about 'your' opinions...

This vastness simply is.

It is God.

It is all.

It is love.

Just as we might take Darwin as an example of the normal extraverted thinking type, the normal introverted thinking type could be represented by Kant. The one speaks with facts, the other relies on the subjective factor. Darwin ranges over the wide field of objective reality, Kant restricts himself to a critique of knowledge. (Carl Jung)
