‘Food is Brahman’. ‘Akasa is Brahman’. ‘Surya (Sun) is Brahman’. ‘Mind is Brahman’.
‘Prana is Brahman’,—All these are Upasana-Vakyas of the Upanishads. These are all Pratika
Upasanas. Pratika is a symbol of Brahman. All these are symbols of Brahman. You can realise
Brahman through worship of these Pratikas. You will have to feel that Brahman is hidden in these
Pratikas. You will have to think that the Adhishthana or substratum of these Pratikas is Brahman.
These are some of the ways of doing the Upasana of Brahman.

What do you guys do when you feel hopeless helpless and overwhelmed by your life problems and situations. it's like we try so hard to change
Everyone has some sorts of problems going on in their lives but lately my family feels so overwhelmed and emotionally tensed about some stuff like how can we overcome this. I understand it takes time. We keep a hope in our heart that God will do everything good maybe it just takes time but we have to do good deeds and have good intentions and pray from our heart and also keep faith trust within ourselves and God. Sometimes it feels like we are hit by badluck or negative energy. It's like how can we overcome this. What can we do in the house to clear all this stuff.

Focus on the duties, goals keeping the dhamra in mind to perform them. Right now ur duty is too keep ur family together
Even in Gita Krishna said " without efforts in this world nothing process, give ur duties first priority, perform them keeping your senses in mind and without being affected from all the emotions, don't focus on result just perform ur duties, if u only focus on result u will feel impatient and discourage"
I Personally think, chanting and meditating on God and doing good deeds can help us feel good about our life.
But at the end, u have to work and be focused on your duties ( goals). Life is harsh even a small plant have to defy gravity to reach the sun, But after reaching the sun, it flourish and eventually it becomes a immense tree who can provide shelter and food to uncountable persons.
U may be feeling discourage right now, chant the mantra or god name, meditate, calm your mind and starts working again toawrds your goals
Remember " even God give up on those, who stops making efforts toward their goals" . Never depends on God for everything. Bhagwan will show u a way if u don't stop, even in discourage all these things are just test, tapsya just like a plant who succeeds in defying the gravity becomes a tree.
You will become a great tree too🙂 who will serve and help uncountable persons too through his knowledge and job.
Never stop making efforts, feels discourage, meditate, chant some mantras, calm yourself, repeat untill u archive ur goal.
Above, I explained is called Karm-yoga, in which u try to attain moksha by performing ur duties with dharma
Radhe radhe 🙏
I wish things going on in ur family, resolves as soon as possible, but it quite Harsh but focus on ur duties to keep ur family together and at the same time focus ur goal too.. until u stop making efforts bhagwan is with u. Best of luck

quiet time to myself, read some sort of scripture, usually the gita is best for dealing with life.. god can't do everything good for you, you have to understand, you are putting in an order to god, making a delivery request.. the lord cannot deliver anything unless there is sufficient punyam.. if you expect god to fix everything then soon everything becomes gods fault, you blame god and then doubt god.. everything that goes wrong, as hard as it is to digest, is our own fruits of karma.. we may ask the lord to dull the fruits of bad karma and speed up the fruits of good karma, but sometimes there is too much weight for the lord to be able to answer a prayer...
this life and everything you have in it including your problem is your own order, you placed the order with your karma either in this life or the next the lord does not decide who gets good or bad he simply is executioner of the laws...
try to accept everything that comes like a strong karma yogi, grow in to a bigger and stronger person, learn to detach from the fruits of actions and perform your dharma. i'm sure everything will work out if you be a good yogi

"Admit to -- and learn from -- your mistakes. Mistakes must be viewed positively... because with the knowledge you gain from them, you are able to do better in the future. So much can be accomplished with a long-term vision and resilience to short-term setbacks. Not every problem is conquered overnight, but if you persist and never give in to your mistakes, you will succeed."

It’s a false dichotomy, dearest one.
Do you think Ramana Maharshi didn’t protest?
- He refused to eat unless everyone was given the same food as him.
- When dining arrangements were separated by caste, he ate with the lower castes, although he was a Brahmin.
- When the ashram filled with visitors, he insisted women get equal access to the front rows.
- He made sure all animals were protected and cared for.
- He refused to let his devotees even spray his bed for lice!
- When he heard certain visitors weren’t allowed to see him, he sat outside the ashram and refused to go in. He said: “I heard the ashram is closed today.”
He didn’t protest with anger or rage.
He simply did whatever the Self ordained.

Q: What is the phosphorus paradox?
A: It’s not a paradox, but rather a mystery. According to our current theories of stellar development, phosphor is actually pretty hard to get. And yet it is quite abundant on Earth and all life on Earth depends on it.
It has been suggested as a solution to the Fermi paradox, that planetary formation must happen in phosphor-rich areas in space for life to evolve. However, even when the missing phosphor is taken into account, estimates are still about 20 to 200 civilisations in the galaxy to talk to.
There are some proposed solutions to it. One is that there is something missing in our theories on stellar development. Another is that while rare, it is not impossible, and Earth formed in one of those rare phosphor-rich regions of space. It is the latter scenario which the above estimate of civilisations is based.

Karma is a universal law of cause and effect. It’s the principle that each action we take sets in motion a chain of reactions that are linked together to form a larger consequence. Karma, also known as action and reaction, works on every level of life—in our personal relationships with others, at work, and in society at large.
The law of karma is a universal law. It’s the law of cause and effect. It can be explained as the law of action and reaction, or the law of justice. The main principle behind this principle is that every positive or negative action will produce an equal response from nature. This means that when you do something good for someone, they’ll pay it back in some way, and when you do something bad to someone else they’ll return it in some way too (usually). It doesn’t matter how rich or famous you are: karma collects its dues no matter what your position in life is!
The Law of Karma is a system of checks and balances, which means that our actions are met with consequences. For example, if you treat someone poorly in this life, then in your next lifetime they will be treated poorly. If you treat others well in this life, then they will treat you well in return. This may seem unfair at first glance but it provides a necessary balance to keep us from being consumed by our own egos or acting out due to fear and anger.
The Law of Karma also teaches us how we can change our future for the better through our thoughts and actions today. The best way to change your karma is by focusing on positive thoughts and actions; this creates positive energy flow that attracts positive experiences into your life (and visa versa). A simple example would be having compassion for those who make mistakes instead of angering yourself over their behavior because these experiences are all part of learning from mistakes together as humanity evolves together as one whole human race! It also helps us forgive ourselves when we make errors because we’re all still learning human beings living inside an imperfect world!
The conscious decisions we make today decide our fate tomorrow
There’s no denying that karma exists. We can see it in action all around us, and it affects our lives every day. The Law of Karma is a system of checks and balances that exists in the universe, and it governs all things—including human action. When we are good to others, or when we do good deeds for others without expecting anything in return, then the universe will respond by being kinder towards us as well. The Law of Karma doesn’t just apply to our actions; it also applies to what happens around us on a daily basis as well. It’s important not only to be aware of how this law works but also how you can use it to improve your life today!
Karma is not a myth or a superstition. It’s real, and it’s the best explanation for why things happen in your life the way they do. The Law of Karma can be applied to any situation, from your personal relationships with others all the way up to global politics and international relations. If you want to understand why something happened (or what might happen next), look at it through this lens – because there’s no better explanation than one that works perfectly every time!
