Don't feed it anything after 8PM and have your favourite coffee/tea as the second thing in the morning.
3. Sweet tooth?
Eat your favourite dessert in the morning and be guilt free throughout your day.
4. Want a disease free life?
Massage your feet daily before sleeping. Most of our body's acupressure points lie on our feet.

‘Non-Duality’ says we don’t have a soul…because there is no “we.”🤣
That’s what ‘non-duality’ means. One, not two.
The minute you ask whether “we” have a ‘soul,’ aren’t you immediately back in duality?
The minute you even utter the label “we,” aren’t you already in duality?
Wouldn’t ‘non-duality’ confirm you can’t even ask a question like this, already based-in and full-to-brimming with duality?
And who, really, are these ‘non-duality teachers?’ Isn’t that also a built-in oxymoron?
I would discard and run quickly from anyone who claims to be a non-duality ‘teacher.’
Including me, Teja, if I ever label myself that way. 🤣
Call “me” a remembrance…of freedom. 🙏🏻
