SPINACH

"Spinach Spinach is a leafy green vegetable that you must compulsorily include into your diet if you wish to avail relief from your stress and depression. Research has shown that increasing magnesium content in your diet will help in reducing the level of cortisol in your mind. So, just by adding a little spinach to your salad or to your curries will help you increase the magnesium content in your diet. You can also add in a few leaves to prepare a green smoothie and consume it on a regular basis. Spinach is also rich in vitamin C, which will help in reducing the oxidative damage to your brain."
