MIFU LISTEN


"Mindfulness listening The next activity is mindful listening. This is a situation where you pay keen attention to the words of someone. By doing so, you will know exactly what the person is saying and be in a position to respond to them properly. You can also indulge in some mindfulness music listening where you repeatedly listen to certain music and identify all the beats and other aspects of it. It will help you remain mindful of your situation and allow you to beat some of your stress and tensions"
