BLUEBERRIES

"Blueberries Blueberries are full of anti-oxidants and vitamin C. You can have just a few handfuls a day and remain mentally strong for a long time. Not only will it help in repairing the brain cells but also aid in protecting the brain from oxidative damage. You can add them to your fruit salad and consume them on a daily basis. If the season for blueberries has passed then you can freeze some and use them as and when needed. Oatmeal  Oatmeal is a great ingredient to incorporate in your everyday diet as it contains chemicals that aid in the release of the happiness hormone in your brain. When you consume oatmeal, you will feel happy and full of life. It is important that you consume an oatmeal breakfast at least 5 days a week."
