Most are so entranced by egoic perception

FYI -- many of Tom's ideas can be easily refuted. For instance, he claims the Universe is actively being "rendered", and that your body like an avatar in a video game. And that it has no internal organs with no bodily functions actually going on inside. If that was really the case then it wouldn't need any sustenance. No food, water ,or oxygen. It would get all the energy it needs from the rendering process. And that would also apply to every organism on the face of the planet. And therefore, there would be no need for a "food chain" to exist. Do you really believes there no functions occurring in your body? Do you really believe that all organisms (all the way down to microbes) are being rendered?

The Bible is the rule book. Our score, based on how well we lived by the Ten Commandments. When we go to Heaven or Hell, the game of projected life is over. I hope my score is heavy on the Heaven side.

Good one 🙏 — you’re asking how frequency / Hz acoustics relate to Tom Campbell’s meditation system and consciousness model.

Tom Campbell is not big on specific “magical frequencies (like the popular 432 Hz, 528 Hz claims). He’s a physicist and stresses that no external sound guarantees consciousness evolution. That said, he does use acoustics in a very practical way:

🎶 Tom Campbell on Frequency & Acoustics

1. Binaural Beats for Meditation

👉 Example frequency ranges he talks about:

  • Theta (4–8 Hz) → meditation, healing, intuition.

  • Delta (1–4 Hz) → deep sleep, unconscious states.

  • Alpha (8–12 Hz) → relaxed wakefulness, light meditation.

2. How It Works in MBT Terms

  • Consciousness = an information system.

  • Binaural beats don’t “magically enlighten,” but they:

    • Reduce mental noise by nudging the brain into slower wave states.

    • Make it easier to reach the “point consciousness” state (empty mind).

  • Once quiet, you can use Intent (the real power, in Campbell’s system).

3. Tom Campbell’s Advice on Using Frequencies

  • Don’t get obsessed with which exact Hz is “best.”

  • Experiment with binaural beats (commercial tracks exist in Theta range).

  • Use them only as training wheels → the goal is to meditate without external aids.

  • The content of consciousness matters more than acoustics.

4. His Quote (paraphrased)

  • “Binaural beats can help quiet your mind, but they don’t raise the quality of your consciousness. Only your choices, your intent, and your growth in love do that.”

Summary:
Tom Campbell uses frequency acoustics (especially binaural beats in Theta range ~4–8 Hz) as a meditation aid. They help settle the mind into altered states, but they are not the source of spiritual growth — that comes from intent, reducing ego, and evolving toward love.

Would you like me to create a guided meditation script + recommended binaural beat frequencies (Hz ranges) laid out as a Campbell-style meditation session (step by step)?
