Agency in the physical requires a physical vehicle. Agency in other realms requires a form in that reality. I don't see how it's logical to say another form has no Agency. Often I am aware of agency in dreaming. Another word for "delusion" is creation. A movie, a watercolor is a creation. Delusion suggests the creation is not real, doesn't exist.

we dream every single night, but most nights we dont remember the dreams.. why assume that we would remember our life after death? Even for the dreams that we do remember, most of the details slip away... i remember telling myself during the dream to not forget, to try and remember the very long list of fantastic events.. and yet the only think I remember from that dream is myself telling me to not forget...

The point of life may be to evolve to the point where self-reflection can happen, then when we die God gets a higher understanding of himself, thus Gods level of consciousness increases as life lives and dies. God as the only subjective mind that exists can begin to have higher level mental processes than what Bernardo has suggested.
