KRMA - SAPK

RM
Complete surrender to God means giving up all thoughts and concentrating the mind on Him. If we can concentrate on Him, other thoughts disappear. If the actions of the mind, speech and body are merged with God, all the burdens of our life will be on Him.
(Bhagavān in 'Letters from Sri Ramanasramam': Letter 109)

GETTING RID OF BAD KRMA
1. Practice forgiveness: Forgiving oneself and others for past actions can help release the hold that past experiences have on the present. 2. Engage in self-reflection: Taking the time to reflect on one's actions and thoughts can help identify patterns that may be perpetuated from past lives. 3. Practice good deeds: Engaging in acts of kindness and compassion can help to purify past negative actions and create positive karma in the present. 4. Meditate: Meditation can help to quiet the mind and gain insight into the underlying causes of negative patterns. 5. Seek guidance from a spiritual leader or practitioner: A spiritual guide can provide guidance and support in breaking karmic patterns. 6. Practice gratitude: Being grateful for what you have and counting your blessings can help shift your focus from negative patterns and help to break the karmic pattern
