Thanksgiving Blessings -
My deepest love, Blessings of God, Gurudeva Hariharananda, Jesus, at Thanksgiving. We are so greatful for life existence and the ability to meditate. In meditation one may truly remain present in God consciousness, Cosmic Consciousness, Supreme Almighty Lord, Thy real true presence of God. And one’s mind is transformed to a calm state. In this calmness one may feel Gods presence. In every breath God feeds us and loves us and projects light through us. In Kriya Yoga, we become Muni’s. We become the Light of God - A person of meditation. In Sanskrit muni means a person whose mind is engrossed in meditation. The word meditation comes from the word mind. One who can transform mind into Super Consciousness state. May God bless us and lead us into deeper states of divinity. May all family, all loved ones seek Gods Omnipotent presence thy presence of Light. Om Amen
Blessings of Gurudeva

Love the body as a gift of God, for in the body resides the soul. The body is the temple of God. While the body is limited- it is born and it will inevitably die- the soul is ever pure and free. It can never be destroyed. Yogis say that the child inside the mother's womb prays: Oh, God, let me come out. I will meditate on you! But once the child is born, it forgets its identity as the soul, and becomes absorbed in worldly pursuits, lost in body consciousness. We forget who are really are. We suffer amnesia about the most important element in our lives. The essence of spiritual life is to gain back our memory and remember who we really are. When we finally remember, when all of our doubts are gone, there are no more roles for the mind. We are established in Truth, and realize our purity and freedom.

Ramcharitmanas is a poetic re-telling of valmiki Ramayana in awadhi. It's written in bhakti ras written by a bhakt in praise of Shri Ram where Ram is shown as bhagwan and an avatar. Here Ram is in soumya form.
Valmiki Ramayana is an original source in classical Sanskrit. Valmiki is called Adi Kavi. He was Samkaalin (pratyaksha). Main difference is here Shri Ram is shown in human form who achieves Poorna Purshottam by his virtues. Here Shri Ram is a fierce warrior.
Many instances like Lakshman Rekha won't find in Valmiki Ramayan.
