You may miss your regular routine one day, but make sure you go right back at it the next day. Never miss it for 2 straight days or else it may send the wrong signal to your brain. Don’t forget, you are essentially creating a new habit and new habits are formed through constant repetition of the routine. If you miss your routine two times in a row, the brain signals can go haywire forcing you back to the starting line again."
