Concentration Exercises Again, these are very good exercises to practice if you are new to the world of mindful meditation. In order to live a mindful life, good concentration skills are very important. Again, you will need to sit in a quiet room where you are not likely to get distracted by anything. Your goal in this exercise is to count to thirty. Sound simple? Actually, it is very difficult. In order to carry out this exercise, you need to teach your brain to count to thirty without thinking about anything.
