 Dolores Cannon

Dolores Cannon (1931–2014) was an American hypnotherapist, author, and researcher known for her work on past-life regression, reincarnation, consciousness, and spiritual evolution. She developed a hypnosis method called Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT).

What is QHHT?

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is a form of hypnosis that uses guided visualization to explore experiences and memories. Cannon believed it could connect people with a deeper aspect of themselves, which she called the Subconscious or Higher Self.

An important distinction: her spiritual interpretations are not established scientific facts. Hypnotic experiences can feel vivid and meaningful, but hypnosis alone cannot verify that a memory comes from a past life or that a claimed spiritual healing has occurred.
