M POST CARDIAC ARREST COMA

Of patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) after cardiac arrest, 30-70% never regain consciousness as a result of severe and permanent hypoxic brain damage [1–3]. Electroencephalography (EEG) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) are important diagnostic modalities in the field of neurology and are of increased interest as possible predictors of neurological recovery after postanoxic coma
