KGXE X SPAK 4 KRMA TYPES

 A

The personality traits of being open to experience and having stable emotions both indicate a higher IQ, research finds.

People who are open to experience are more interested in things that are complex, new and unconventional.

NEGATIVE FEELINGS

What are our two responses?

The first is to react to them, identify with them, resist them, agonize over them and try to make them go away or be replaced by “positive’ emotions or a ‘happy’ or ‘detached’ or ‘spiritual’ attitude.

“Why have I been feeling so dark & melancholy lately? Why is this happening to “me?” Is it because I’ve ben meditating a lot and it’s part of my awakening? What should “I” do?”

Notice the reaction and the identification with the emotions.

“I think I’ll put on a brave face and a positive attitude…that’ll help. Or maybe I’ll see a shrink and dig through my past traumas, that should help. And maybe he can give me some Xanax or antidepressants, temporarily. Or maybe I should stop meditating and trying to ‘awaken’…surely that is the reason I’m feeling all these negative feelings. I think I’ll enroll in a Tony Robbins workshop, people come back feeling great and ‘peak’ from those!”

Go ahead. Try to figure the emotions out, and slap a veneer of ‘new attitude’ on them. You may feel ‘better’ for a while…but they’ll be back.

The second response is no response at all. Just watching.

Paradise...
The persistent thoughts that haunt and taunt us are usually the ones we must address immediately. They are often based on guilt, shame, fear, and a future that doesn’t exist.
Attention goes where focus grows.
So, training (or untraining) or thoughts to work with us - not against us - is a constant battle.
Spirit wants us to move closer to joy, meaning; focus on inner happiness, family, and nature. But, if we are always fighting with our mind, we lose the holiness of daily living.
Think good thoughts is not
just some meme. It is our ticket to paradise.
Paradise has never been about places
it exists in moments
In connection
In flashes across
time

Albert Einstein died on April 18, 1955, shortly after a blood vessel near his heart burst. Despite being offered surgery, Einstein refused, stating that he wanted to die on his own terms and that it was tasteless to prolong life artificially. This decision was a reflection of his belief in nonviolence and his firm values. In 1948, he had been diagnosed with an abdominal aortic aneurysm, a potentially life-threatening condition, but he still chose not to undergo surgery. His doctors respected his decision, and he died at the age of 76. Source: "Einstein's Aneurysm and Refusal of Surgery." Neurosurgery. April 2016.

NAAM JAPA V MANTRA JAPA

Though the greatest of the greatest is naam/name only.

Shiva name itself is greater than any mantra.

Vishnu name itself is greater than any mantra.

Durga name itself is greater than any mantra.

Ram name itself is greater than any mantra.

Krishna name itself is greater than any mantra.

So, everyone must focus more on naam jap because the mantra jap requires rules to be followed and if you not follow them properly you might face consequences but there are no rules for naam jap and naam jap is so simple too.
