Energies in General Basically, what we see clairvoyantly is energy. What we call "psychic energy" or "spiritual energy" is the same energy, just of different vibrations. Some energies are denser, and they create energetic bodies and entities. Other energies are gentle, and they form Chi (or Prana or Ruach or Ki) — life force. Energies can be seen everywhere — in people, animals, food, rooms, sacred objects, items, or just "in the air." For example, you may look at food to see if it's energized enough to sustain you. Food is the basic source of life energy (Chi); when food lacks energy, then even a big dish can't sustain us.
