B MANTRA

The Four Great Vows:

1. Sentient beings are numberless. I vow to save them all.
2. Afflictions are inexhaustible. I vow to end them all.
3. Practices are boundless. I vow to master them all.
4. Enlightenment is unsurpassable. I vow to attain it.

10 Precepts:

1. I vow not to kill.
2. I vow not to steal.
3. I vow not to lie.
4. I vow not to commit sexual misconduct.
5. I vow not to consume intoxicants.
6. I vow not to praise myself or blame others.
7. I vow not to speak of others' errors or faults.
8. I vow not to be stingy or withholding.
9. I vow not to harbor or incite anger.
10. I vow not to defile the Three Treasures.

Four Immeasurables in some form:

1. May all beings have happiness and the causes of happiness.
2. May all beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering.
3. May all beings never be separated from the joy of liberation.
4. May all beings abide in equanimity, free from attachment and aversion.
