P BRONCHOGENIC CYST X RETROCARDIAC SHADOW

Teenager with incidental chest mass. CXR shows round retrocardiac mass on left. CT with contrast shows mass to not enhance and to be located anterior to the aorta and to the left of the inferior vena cava. The diagnosis was bronchogenic cyst.
